About Me

I graduated from SpaTech Institute in Portland Maine the spring of 2004 and have been practicing massage for over 14 years in both Portland and Deer Isle, Maine.  I specialize in Deep Tissue & Swedish techniques as well as; chair massage, Range of Motion, pregnancy, hot stone massage, Reiki I, Reflexology, Sports Massage and more.

I completed certification as a Labor & Delivery Doula at Birthwise Midwifery School in Bridgton Maine, and became an attuned Reiki I practitioner in 2007-2008.  

I currently live in Deer Isle, Maine with my wife, our son and our small farm.
